We do not negotiate repayment terms or agree arrangements on your behalf.

Can you negotiate with creditors or agree payment plans?

  • Tell you what to pay
  • Advise on priority debts

Our role is to help you understand your financial information, not to make decisions for you.

Why do you charge a monthly fee?

  • Decisions made by creditors

These decisions are outside our control.
